Pricing 1. How much does SurveyShare cost? See our pricing policy. 2. What is an activated survey? When you activate a survey, respondents can go online and take the survey. Before a survey is activated, it is not online and accessible to your respondents. Pro Unlimited members can activate an unlimited number of surveys. Only Free memberships and Starter memberships have an activated survey limit.email 3. Q: A Pro Unlimited membership gets 20,000 'E-mail Invitations per Survey'. What does this mean? A: When you Activate a survey, you have the option of having SurveyShare dispatch email invitations to your potential respondents. You are limited to 20,000 survey invitations per survey. You do not have to send email invitations to use SurveyShare. You are welcome to distribute your survey's respondent URL any way that is convenient. 4. Q: What is an Address Book? A: An Address Book is an area for storing e-mail addresses. You can opt to store the email addresses of your respondents in your SurveyShare Address Book. This makes it easier to send survey invitations and follow-up email messages if you choose these options. After you enter an email address into your SurveyShare Address Book, you can associate that address with multiple surveys without entering the information over and over. You do not have to utilize your Address Book to use SurveyShare. 5. Q: A Pro Unlimited membership gets 35,00 'E-mail Addresses in Address Book'. What does this mean? A: It means that a total of 35,000 E-mail Addresses can be uploaded into your SurveyShare Address Book at any given time. If you require a larger Address Book, we are happy to negotiate a custom membership that fits your needs.
