Perhaps it was just a misspelling. Or maybe you left off the @ symbol, or used upper case letters. Click on the "Back" button and try again.

Or perhaps you have multiple email addresses. If you received the invitation to take the survey in an email message, make sure you use the email address belonging to that account. Click on the "Back" button and try again.

Or perhaps you have variations on your email address, like john@home.com or john@mail.home.com, or john@mail-server.home.com. Click on the "Back" button and try again.

If those tricks don't work, why don't you email the person who invited you to take the survey and ask them which email address they entered for you?
