I found SurveyShare to be an extremely straightforward method of constructing web surveys. In addition to the product being easy to use, the customer service support has been fast-all of my questions have been answered immediately. In particular, the customer services support staff has been a tremendous help in getting an instrument up and running. I am looking forward to activating my web survey and collecting data.
